Complaints Procedure

Whilst it is hoped that any concerns can be firstly discussed with the Funeral Director assisting you with the funeral arrangements if this is not possible, the following procedures are advised.

How to make a complaint:

If you have any feedback or concerns, please contact our Funeral Operations Manager via any of the following means:

In person:     

By appointment, please phone our office to arrange a time.

By telephone:

By phoning (03) 6211 4888 and asking to speak with our Funeral Operations Manager.

In writing:      

By outlining your concerns in written correspondence via post or email.

Acknowledgement

Your complaint will be promptly acknowledged in writing and/or by telephone. If you are dis-satisfied with our response after we have had discussions and have been unable to reach a resolution, you may refer your complaint to the Chief Executive Office of the Australian Funeral Directors Association on (03) 9859 9966.
